The grinder isn't working—what should I do?
A non-functioning grinder is usually caused by it being clogged or the Grinder Off setting being selected. Clean the grinder thoroughly using the included 2-in-1 cleaning brush to remove residual coffee grounds, and ensure Grinder On is selected on the touch display.
