How do I assemble the upper and lower shafts of the GL350?

Insert the upper shaft (item 6) into the lower shaft (item 7) and slide it down until you hear it click into place. Then install and tighten the body retaining screws as shown in Fig. B. Always ensure the tool is switched off and unplugged before assembling. (Page 8)
