Why is the GL350 running slowly, and how do I fix it?

The trimmer may run slowly if the spool housing cannot rotate freely or if the cutting line extends more than 136mm from the spool. Clean the spool housing carefully if needed, and trim the cutting line so it only reaches the cut-off blade height. (Page 12)
