How do I install or replace the safety guard on the GL350?

Place the guard onto the lower shaft (item 7) by rotating it until it locks into the slots, then secure it firmly with the two screws as shown in Figure C. The wider section of the guard (item 8) must face inward toward your feet. Once installed, remove the protective cover from the cut-off blade located on the edge of the guard. (Page 8)
