What should I do if the cutting line feed is not working on the GL350?

Remove the spool cap and pull the cutting line out until it protrudes 136mm (5-3/8 inches) from the spool — if there is not enough line, install a new spool. Also check that the line is not crossed or tangled on the spool as shown in Fig. L, and ensure the spool cap tabs are properly aligned with the housing slots before pressing the cap back into place. If the spool remains jammed, clean the spool and housing, check that the housing lever moves freely, then re-wind the line carefully. (Page 12)
