What should I do if the cutting line feed stops working on the GL350?

First, remove the spool cap and pull the cutting line out until it protrudes 136mm (5-3/8 in.) from the spool — if there is not enough line, install a new spool. Check that the line is not tangled or crossed on the spool as shown in Figure L; if it is, unwind and rewind it neatly in layers. Also check that the spool cap tabs are aligned with the housing slots and the cap is fully pressed into place. (Page 12)
