Why won't the battery on my PP360 charge?

The most common causes are that the charger is not plugged in, the surrounding air temperature is too hot or too cold, or there is no power at the outlet. Move the charger and tool to an environment above 40°F (4.5°C) and below 105°F (40.5°C), and verify the outlet has power by plugging in a lamp or other appliance. (Page 2)
