What should I do with frozen food after a power failure?

During a power failure, open the appliance as little as possible and do not place additional food inside. Immediately after power is restored, check the quality of all frozen food. Dispose of any frozen food that has defrosted and is warmer than 41°F (5°C), and cook or fry slightly thawed frozen food before consuming or refreezing it. (Page 27)
