Can I use the cooktop without the mTwisT magnetic dial?
Yes, the cooktop can be operated without the mTwisT dial. Turn off the Panel Lock, touch the element pad for the desired element, choose the Pot Sizing pad if using a dual element, then repeatedly touch the element pad until the desired heat setting is displayed. (Page 6)
