What cleaners should I avoid using on my cooktop?

Avoid glass cleaners containing ammonia or chlorine bleach, caustic cleaners like oven cleaners, abrasive cleaners, metal scouring pads and scrub sponges, soap-filled scouring pads, powdery cleaners containing chlorine bleach, and flammable cleaners such as lighter fluid or WD-40. These can permanently etch, stain, scratch, or damage the cooktop surface. (Page 9)
