Avoid glass cleaners containing ammonia or chlorine bleach, caustic or oven cleaners, abrasive cleaners, metal scouring pads, soap-filled scouring pads, powdery cleaners containing chlorine bleach, and flammable cleaners such as lighter fluid or WD-40. These can permanently etch, scratch, or stain the cooktop surface. (Page 9)
