Can children use this washer-dryer?

Children from 8 years of age may operate the washer-dryer provided they are supervised or have been instructed by a responsible person. However, children must not perform any cleaning or maintenance work without supervision. Children under 3 years old must be kept away from the appliance. (Page 4)
