How do I access Brother's troubleshooting website from the Status Monitor?
Double-click the Brother Status Monitor icon in the task tray, and then click the Troubleshooting button to access Brother's troubleshooting website. If you select the Load Status Monitor on Startup check box in Windows, the Status Monitor will launch automatically each time you start your computer.
