What do the different Status Monitor icon colors mean?
A green icon indicates the normal stand-by condition, a yellow icon indicates a warning, and a red icon indicates an error has occurred. A grey icon indicates the machine is offline. You can also click the Troubleshooting button within the Status Monitor to access Brother's troubleshooting website. (Page 12)
