What underlays can be used with the HE-800A for buttonhole sewing?

Up to four underlays can be combined and sewn together on the HE-800A: saw shape (useful for preventing dimples during bar tacking), rectangle (effective for preventing material from stretching), zigzag (effective for preventing seam from unravelling), and sew together (presses down pile of fluffy fabric for a more attractive finish).
