How do I install the printer driver for a USB connection on Windows?

Do not connect the USB interface cable before starting — if already connected, remove it. Click 'Install Printer Driver' on the menu screen, select the USB cable option, read and accept the license agreement, and follow the on-screen instructions until prompted to connect the USB cable. Once connected, click Next and then Finish to complete the installation; Windows 2000/XP users will also need to set the printer as the default printer. (Page 10)
