How do I set the printer as the default printer on Windows 2000/XP?
Click Start and then open Printers and Faxes. Select the icon for the appropriate printer, then from the File menu select 'Set as Default Printer.' This step is required for Windows 2000/XP users after completing the USB driver installation. (Page 11)
