How do I correctly adjust the V-belt tension on the S-1000A?

Turn the two nuts to adjust so that there is 10–14 mm of deflection in the V-belt when it is pressed at the midway point with a force of 5 N. All cords should also be secured at least 25 mm away from any moving parts.
