Where should child restraints be installed in my vehicle for safety?
Accident statistics show that children are safer if they are restrained in the rear rather than the front seat. Child restraints should be secured in a rear seat, including rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing child seats, and booster seats. A label on the sun visor states 'Never put a rear-facing child seat in the front.' (Page 53)
