To prevent boiling over and spattering, ensure the steam vent is attached correctly after washing. Also, clean the steam vent and temperature sensor if they are dirty, and select the correct cooking program for the ingredients you are cooking. Note that it is normal for moisture to appear on the inner lid or cooking pot and drip when the lid is opened.
