What is the correct blade bolt torque and how do I install the blade correctly?

The blade bolt torque specification is 45-55 ft. lbs. Install the new or resharpened blade with the stamped 'This Side Up' facing the deck and mandrel assembly. To ensure proper assembly, the center hole in the blade must align with the star on the mandrel assembly. (Page 6, Page 17)
