How do I purge the transmission before first use?

Place the tractor on a flat area about 80 feet long with the parking brake set. Start the engine and move the throttle to slow position. With the motion control lever in neutral, slowly disengage the clutch/brake pedal. Move the lever to full forward position for five seconds (about 40 feet), then to full reverse for five seconds (about 20 feet), and return to neutral. Repeat this procedure three times. (Page 14-15)
