How do I use the Reverse Operation System (ROS) safely?

To use ROS, move the motion control lever to neutral with the engine running, then turn the ignition key counterclockwise to ROS 'On' position. Look down and behind before backing, slowly move the motion control lever to reverse position, and when done using ROS, turn the ignition key clockwise back to engine 'On' position. Backing up with the attachment clutch engaged while mowing is strongly discouraged. (Page 12)
