What is the cutting height range and how do I adjust it?

The cutting height range is approximately 1-1/2 to 4 inches, measured from the ground to the blade tip with the engine not running. To adjust, grasp the attachment lift lever, press the plunger with your thumb, and move the lever to the desired position. These heights are approximate and may vary depending on soil conditions and the height and type of grass being mowed. (Page 11)
