What should I do if the engine won't start after several attempts?

Push the choke control in, wait a few minutes, and try again. If the engine still does not start, pull the choke control out and retry. For cold weather starting below 50°F, allow the engine a warm-up period of several seconds to several minutes depending on temperature, gradually pushing the choke control in small steps. (Page 14)
