How do I remove a stuck or jammed drill bit?

If the bit jams in the workpiece or the drill stalls, release the switch trigger immediately and allow the chuck to come to a complete stop. Remove the bit from the workpiece and determine the reason for jamming before continuing operation. (Page 13)
