What do the different LED indicators on the charger mean?

Red LED indicates fast charging mode, green LED indicates the battery is fully charged and in trickle charge mode, and yellow and green LEDs together indicate a deeply discharged or defective battery pack. If no LED comes on, this indicates a defective charger or battery pack and should be returned to a Sears Service Center. (Page 9)
