What should I do if the charger shows no LED lights at all?

No LED on indicates a defective charger or battery pack. You should remove the battery pack from the charger immediately to prevent further damage. Return both the battery pack and charger to your nearest Sears Service Center for checking or replacing, and do not insert another battery pack into the charger as a damaged charger may damage a good battery pack.
