How do I clean the milk container and how often?

After every milk-based beverage, the machine will display 'TURN MILK FROTH ADJUSTMENT DIAL TO CLEAN POSITION' — turn the dial (E1) to CLEAN and the machine will automatically steam-clean the internal tubes. For a deeper clean, disassemble the milk container every two days by removing the dial, milk spout (E5), and intake tube (E4), then wash all components with hot water and mild washing-up liquid; all parts are dishwasher safe but must be placed in the top basket.
