How do I clear obstructions from my Hair screw tool?

First, remove the Hair screw tool from the wand or machine and push the base plate open, then press the red lever down to release the cleaner head cover and pull it off. Pull your brush bar firmly to remove it and check all three parts of the tool for obstructions, removing any hair or fibres wrapped around the brush bar. Your Hair screw tool isn't washable, so wipe it over with a damp lint-free cloth and don't use detergents, polishes or air fresheners.
