What does it mean when the motor is pulsing and I can't use my machine?

If your machine detects a blockage, the motor will pulse and you won't be able to use your machine until the blockage has been cleared. If you try to use your machine while the motor is pulsing, it will automatically cut out. Disconnect from the charger, leave the machine to cool down, then check the cleaner head, wand, and main body for obstructions. (Page 8)
