How do I clean the print head on my ET-2800?

You can clean the print head from the control panel by pressing the home button, navigating to Settings > Printer Setup > Print Head Cleaning, and pressing the start button. The product will perform an automatic cleaning cycle. If normal cleaning doesn't resolve issues, you can perform a Power Cleaning, which is a more intensive cleaning process. These options are available through the same Settings menu on the control panel.
