What should I do if nothing prints from my ET-2800?

If nothing prints, first check that your product is turned on and connected to your computer (either via USB or network). Verify that paper is loaded correctly in the rear paper feeder and that no paper jams exist. Check your printer queue to see if print jobs are stalled. Run a product check through the control panel (Settings > Printer Setup) to diagnose issues. If using a network connection, print a network connection report to check for connectivity problems.
