What should I do if the ET-2850 won't connect to Wi-Fi?

First, ensure your router or access point is turned on and correctly connected. Turn off the router, wait about 10 seconds, and turn it back on. Move the product closer to your router and remove obstacles between them. Verify the SSID and password are correct by checking your router's label. If connection still fails, you can print a network connection report by selecting Settings > Network Settings > Connection Check to get error codes and solutions.
