On Windows, first uninstall your product software, then download and reinstall it from the Epson website using the instructions on the Start Here sheet; on Mac, you can skip the uninstall step and go directly to downloading and reinstalling. If you are switching to a 5 GHz router, set it to operate in dual band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) mode and give each band its own unique network name (SSID). (Page 44-45)
