What does error code E-5 mean on the network connection report and how do I fix it?

Error code E-5 means the security mode on your router or access point does not match your printer's current setting. To fix this, ensure your router is using one of the supported security types: WEP-64 bit, WEP-128 bit, WPA PSK (TKIP/AES), WPA2 PSK (TKIP/AES), WPA (TKIP/AES), WPA2 (TKIP/AES), or WPA3-SAE (AES). Also make sure you are connecting to the 2.4GHz band and using the correct password for that band. (Page 47)
