How do I clean the print heads if my prints don't look right?

You can clean the print heads using either the Head Cleaning Utility on your computer or through the control panel on the printer itself. After cleaning, you should examine the nozzle check pattern to verify the cleaning was successful. See page 6-1 to 6-4 for detailed instructions.
