? What Causes This
Factory reset was initiated by pressing and holding the button in the charging case for 5 seconds.
✓ How to Fix It
- The reset is complete when the indicators blink three times.
- Place earbuds back in the case to power them off.
- Open the case to power them on again and re-pair via Bluetooth.
