Coffee basket lid is not closed, basket is not firmly seated on door hooks, swing-out door is not closed, or used grinds remain in basket.
✓ How to Fix It
- Check that the coffee basket lid is closed.
- Ensure the coffee basket is firmly seated on the two door hooks.
- Close the swing-out door until it clicks shut.
- Remove the coffee basket and discard used grinds.
- Wash and dry the basket thoroughly, especially the chute area.
- Reattach to the door and close.
