Toner cartridge has reached the end of its life and contains no usable toner.

Reinstall the cartridge following the Installation Guide to ensure correct installation.
Turn off the printer and open the top cover.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the LED head windows.
Close the top cover and turn the printer back on.
If error persists, replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
