Error Code Amber LED not glowing on sending sensor

Sending sensor (safety reversing sensor) LED is not illuminated.

? What Causes This

No power to garage door opener, sensor wire is shorted/broken, or sensor wired incorrectly.

Make sure there is power to the garage door opener.
Make sure the sensor wire is not shorted or broken.
Make sure the sensor has been wired correctly: white wires to white terminal and white/black wires to grey terminal.
