Error indicating the door interlock system on the machine is malfunctioning.

? What Causes This

Faulty interlocks, loose wiring, or damage to control circuits leading to it.

Check that the physical parts of the door interlocking mechanism are present and properly installed.
Inspect associated wires for signs of disconnection or mechanical damage.
Confirm all internal control circuit operations with a diagnostic test and repair accordingly.
