Indicates power triac on the door interlock is faulty.

? What Causes This

Interlock system or wiring between it and control points has faults; circuit board malfunctioning or damage.

Test for continuity and functionality of electrical components linked to the 'open door' fault relay.
If required, replace any parts found faulty including triacs (thyristors) involved in these actions. Inspect overall circuit performance by resetting control systems through service routines provided.
