Network cable disconnected or hub/router/access point powered off. Ethernet and Wi-Fi cannot be connected simultaneously.

✓ How to Fix It

Confirm network cable is securely connected to device and product. Ensure router, access point, and hub are turned on. If setting up Wi-Fi, remove the network cable and set up Wi-Fi again.
