The control panel has been locked to prevent accidental use or use by children. An 'L' indicator is displayed on the right side of the display.

Child Lock-Out feature has been activated by pressing and holding CLEAR/OFF for approximately three seconds.
✓ How to Fix It
Press and hold CLEAR/OFF for about three seconds to unlock the control panel.
