Error Code No-Wi-Fi indicator

The Wi-Fi signal indicator shows no connection in the upper right corner of the home screen.

? What Causes This

Home Wi-Fi network is down, router has lost power, or thermostat is out of range.

Check another device to be sure Wi-Fi is working.
If not, call your Internet Service Provider.
Move the router.
Restart the thermostat by removing it from wallplate for 10 seconds and reconnecting.
