There are pending print jobs that need to be processed or canceled from the computer's print queue.

Jobs remain because of printer malfunction, network connection issues, incorrect settings on the printer/computer, firewall interference.

- Cancel all documents from the queue.
- Restart your PC and check for reconnections with the HP software installed.
