Printhead carriage stall — movement issue of the printhead mechanism.

? What Causes This

Mechanical obstruction or blockage in the rail that holds the printhead.

Open the front door, and then open the printhead access door.
Make sure the printhead latch is properly closed and the print carriage is not obstructed.
