Power failure or overloading the power supply.

? What Causes This

Improper power setup, device malfunction causing excessive load.

Check voltage selector switch is set to appropriate voltage.
Ensure proper seating of the power cord in system board connector.
Isolate each attached device one by one; replace failing device once identified.
