? What Causes This
Drain hose installed incorrectly, kinked, pinched, blocked, or extended too far into standpipe.
✓ How to Fix It
- Check drain hose is not kinked, pinched, or blocked.
- Remove any clogs from drain hose.
- Ensure drain hose does not extend more than 4.5 inches (114 mm) into standpipe.
- Use drain hose form and securely attach to drainpipe or tub.
- Lower drain hose if the end is higher than 96 inches (2.4 m) above the floor.
